Overview
Since most of our products are perishable we do not accept returns of food items. However if there is an issue with the item; ie underbaked, burnt, etc. we can offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, please bring the item with you into the shop so we can see what the issue with the item is and can confirm which item it is.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Workshops (after workshop date, please check the other section for more workshop refund info)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Other
If you have purchased a merch clothing item from us we are able to do a size exchange as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Please come into the shop to do an exchange.
Workshops can be refunded up to the date of said workshop. If you need to change dates, please contact sand we can do our best to move you to another date. If you miss the workshop there is no refund or reschedule after date of the workshop.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
